STEP 11 – SEASONAL COMFORT

Have you ever gone outside to enjoy a walk, only to take a deep breath and inhale a mouthful of pollen? Once you find yourself struggling to breathe, that beautiful walk is cut short. Tree, grass, and weed types of pollen are prevalent at different times throughout the year.

 

When the plants change, and the air is full of pollen, we may experience a harder time breathing. Using the RESTFUL BLEND can promote relief from seasonal discomforts.

OPEN UP DIFFUSER BLEND RECIPE

• 2 drops Respiratory Blend

• 2 drops Restful Blend

• 2 drops Lime Essential Oil

• 1 drop Frankincense Essential Oil

 

Or make the same blend in a 10 ml roller bottle and top with a carrier oil of your choice. Apply to bottoms of feet.
