STEP 9 – CALMING, SOOTHING, MEDITATION

After a stressful day of hard work, or after a hard workout at the gym, it is important to calm and soothe the body and mind.

 

Using Essential Oils that are calming, grounding, and uplifting to the emotions will help provide a soothing, peaceful environment after work or exercise.

 

Those same Essential Oils can also be beneficial when meditating. Meditation, properly understood and practiced, helps calm the mind, find focus, and provide clarity.
