STEP 6 – STRESS RELIEF

Had a rough day? Hard meetings and requirements at the office? One too many meltdowns from the kids? Are you feeling all that stress in your body and mind?

Use the RESTFUL BLEND to put yourself at ease. Add a drop to your hands, rub together, inhale, and then massage into back of neck. Find a peaceful spot to close your eyes and let the day go. Or melt away the day’s troubles…

…in a nice warm bath!

Fill the tub completely, add two to three drops of the RESTFUL BLEND, and then stir to disperse. Enjoy soaking and letting the day melt away!
